Burnamwood Camp and Conference Center is a 500-acre stretch of land nestled between the foothills of Appalachia and the Kentucky Bluegrass region. This place of beauty has been a cherished place for generations, offering opportunities for learning, growth, fellowship, and community. 

 In 1958, Burnamwood began as a cooperative venture of three Presbyterian groups in Eastern and Central Kentucky. Now, it is the camp and conference center of the Presbytery of Transylvania. 

During the summer, Burnamwood offers a resident camping program for children and youth from 1st grade through high school, as well as the Burnamwood Appalachian Ministry, a mission outreach camp. We believe strongly, in the value of camping ministry, recognizing it as vital to the faith development of children, youth, and adults. Throughout the year, Burnamwood offers weekend retreats as well as, is open to rental opportunities.
