To donate your time and services as a volunteer Director, Nurse, Chaplain, or Counselor, please complete the below application and background check form. Return your completed form to info@burnamwood.net at least one week prior to the event date.

COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING APPLICATION
If you are a Freshmen in high school (completed your freshmen year) to a Senior in high school, you are eligible to serve as a Counselor-in-Training. Please review the CIT job description and complete the CIT application. Scan and send your completed form to info@burnamwood.net. CIT Applications are due by JUNE 1, 2015. To be considered for an event assignment(s), CIT applicants must attend the CIT Retreat, June 8 – 10, 2015. An exception will be considered if the applicant has previous CIT experience.
